Meet the current members of the Women's 20-30 Club!
Tiffany is the lead preschool teacher at Marcum-Illinois Elementary School, in East Nicolaus. She has lived in the Yuba-Sutter area her whole life. She received her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and Associates degree in the Science of Cosmetology in 2009 from Yuba College. After attending the first Brewfest, Tiffany became very interested in the club. She attended the next meet following Brewfest and has been a member ever since. She was one of the original chartered members. She has served as Sergeant at Arms, Vice President. Tiffany has built everlasting friendships and community connects through Active 20/30. She has the opportunity to do what she loves, work with children. Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends. She likes to be busy and loves to spend time at the lake. She wishes she could travel more.
Allison is an Associate Environmental Planner/District Biologist with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the past 11 years. Her job allows her to travel for field surveys throughout Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, and Del Norte Counties. Allison grew up in Nicolaus and loved being raised on a farm. She enjoys being involved in the club, getting to know the other members, and helping the children in the community. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and relaxing.
Jenn is the Owner/Chef of Hillcrest Catering in Yuba City. She grew up in Gridley and moved to Yuba City from Chico in 2003 when she went to work as sou chef at Ruthy’s Bar and Oven. In 2006 she bought Hillcrest Catering and soon after joined the networking group Le Tip, where she met her husband, Thaddeus Eubanks. They got married in 2008 and now have two wonderful kids, (Erin 4, and Arlo 2).
Jenn loves the small town feel of Yuba City, and the sense of community here. She got involved in Active 20-30 when we were chartering the club and stays because she loves our mission of helping the local youth while having a good time and hanging out with our great group of ladies. She has held several board positions, and is a past president of our club.
Carissa is a loan assistant at River Valley Community Bank. She was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter Area and loves being apart of 20-30 as a way to give back to her community along with getting to hang out with a great group of women. She is a Sacramento State Alumni for her bachelors and MBA. On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and trying new things.
McKell Gregory-Sergeant of Arms
Diana is a first grade teacher in the Marysville Joint Unified School District. She absolutely loves her profession and has recently been recognized as an “Educator Who Makes a Difference.” Diana played women’s rugby through college and married her high school sweetheart Sean. Together they have a two year old German Sheppard. Diana enjoys hiking, camping and is very handy when it comes to home improvement projects. She is a t-shirt and jeans type of gal who doesn't mind getting her hands dirty.
Carrie is a CPA for Smith & Newell CPAs in Yuba City, California. She is originally from Redding, CA and moved to Yuba City to attend college at California State University Sacramento in 2002. Here in Yuba City is where she met her husband and they have one 2-year old daughter, Addison. Carrie became involved in the 20-30 club through a friend and fellow club member, Tiffany DeAlba, and loves contributing back to the kids of the community. Her main enjoyment is to spend time with family and friends.
Jennifer is a middle school teacher in Marysville. In addition to teaching English, she serves as the Activities Director and mentors beginning teachers. In her spare time, she is an instructor at Cambridge Junior College and provides professional development for teachers for Sacramento County. She lives in Yuba City with her husband, David, and her dachshund, Nellie Elizabeth. For fun, they enjoy traveling, especially to Colorado and the Caribbean, watching movies and spending time with friends.
Elizabeth is an attorney at the Law Offices of Rich, Fuidge, Lane, and Bordsen in Marysville, California. She is originally from Portland, Oregon, and moved to California to attend law school. In addition to working and volunteering with our club she is also Asistant Varsity Volleyball coach at River Valley High School in Yuba City, as well as a club volleyball coach. She further donates her time and efforts as a member of the Yuba City Kiwanis Club. She is married to her husband Phil, whom she met while attending the University of Oregon. She and Phil have two dogs, Winston and Zoe. She loves going camping, cheering on the Ducks football team, coaching and playing volleyball, wine, craft beer, the outdoors, and visiting her family in Oregon.
Diana is the Assistant Manager at Pawformance Pet Specialties in Yuba City.She was born and raised in Yuba City. Diana lived in Chico for a few years while attending Chico State. In 2006 she earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology. After Chico, Diana lived in Sacramento for a short period of time, but she was eventually drawn back to her hometown. Yuba City is where her family is, and they mean more to her than anything! After returning to YC, Diana was approached about being a part of the re-chartering the local Active 20-30 clubs. Her dad had been an active member of the original men's club, and she knew she wanted to be a part of a group that does amazing things in the community and has fun too! Diana became one of the four women that chartered the women's club! She has served as Vice President, President, Social Chair, Treasure, and Sergeant at Arms. She has thoroughly enjoyed the work she has done with the Active 20-30 Club, and values the lasting friendships she has made between the men's and women's groups. In her down time Diana enjoys movies, reading, eating, and doing just about anything with friends and family!
